It is a word that is sometimes over used and misinterpreted.  Professionalism encompasses so many aspects of our daily walk….we are ‘living it out’ each time we walk into our workplace and classroom.

Webster defines professionalism as the conduct, aims, or qualities that characterize or mark a profession or a professional person.

This workshop looks at the conduct, aims and qualities that characterize us an early childhood professional and what that means to our everyday work ethic.  Professionalism is a measurable and visual testimony to those around us and to those we TEACH every day.

The Achievements of professionalism are life lasting and will influence all areas of our lives….so let’s take a look at the ‘Road to Professionalism’.
