CDA classes are being started continually, with new course schedules being planned on an ongoing basis.
Step #1 Call or email us so we can discuss what course location and arrangements best meets your needs.
Step #2 download and print form. Please completely fill out the form. Make sure you have signed everywhere a signature is asked for, and please call/email us if you have any questions.
Step #3 Apply online or fax completed application to: 716-433-5202
Step #4 We will send a confirmation and welcome letter.
Step # 6 If you have or are applying for an EIP grant. Please follow up and track it’s progress to assure timely processing. When you receive your voucher, sign it immediately and submit the original voucher to your Attollo Instructor.
